Esme Booth
Where learnt to row
Esme took up rowing when her name was pulled out of a hat for a local primary school competition to try out rowing.
Inspired, she joined Stratford upon Avon Boat Club and fell in love with being out on the water with her friends. She decided to continue her rowing career at Oxford Brookes and it was there that she trialled for the GB Rowing Team in the hope that she could make her dreams of racing at an Olympic Games a reality.

- At the Paris Olympics 2024 she won a silver in the Women’s four with Helen Glover, Sam Redgrave, and Rebecca Shorten.
