BADGE PACKS & GUEST PASSES
Only Leander Members and their guests may enter Leander Club during HRR. Entry is only permitted upon presentation of your metal Leander badge or guest badge.
Members have received their metal badge, plus two guest passes for every day. When you make a meal booking, you will be given as many additional guest passes you need for your guests. For e.g. if you book a table of 6, we will give you an additional 3 guest passes.
You are permitted, subject to availability, to buy up to 7 further guest passes online, prior to Regatta. Bearers of these additional passes may be required to queue on a ‘one in one out’ basis in the busiest periods to ease overcrowding.
A small number of additional passes may be available for acquisition at the Badge Tent on the day itself, subject to availability.
New rules around additional guest passes
It is imperative to note that guests using these further guest passes may, during peak periods, be required to observe a queuing system at the river gate, adhering to a “one in, one out” protocol. This is a necessary stipulation, ensuring the continued exclusivity of the club’s environment.

Badge collection
If you intend to leave Leander guest passes for collection, you must provide a named envelope and clear instructions for your guests. They need to know your name and what they are here for (entry or meal). They may have to be prepared to queue at the main entrance to collect these at busy times.
Please note: we do not have a secure collection box. Only Leander Club passes may be left at the Badge Tent. Members may not leave Stewards badges for collection – please use HRR’s dedicated, secure, service.
