We’re seeking a dynamic and organised individual to join our team as a Volunteer Team Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role in the heart of our club.
About the Role:
As our Volunteer Team Manager, you’ll be the linchpin connecting our athletes, coaches, and the wider club community. Your dedication will help create a thriving environment where everyone can excel.
- Build strong relationships with coaches, athletes, and parents, ensuring everyone is informed and supported
- Manage administrative tasks like membership fees, team communications, and equipment maintenance with efficiency and precision
- Prioritise athlete welfare, from housing support to ensuring safety standards are met
- Contribute to the evolution of the role as we grow and develop as a club
