Weather permitting, our outdoor dining service begins on Wednesday 1st May. Head Chef Jamie has released a new Late Spring Menu, including rolled pork belly, pan seared tuna steak and jackfruit pappardelle. This will be served both in the Clubhouse and out on the Deck at lunchtimes from Wednesday to Saturday. The Clubhouse menu will be served inside only in the evenings. On Sundays, roasts will be served inside.
We are also welcoming two exceptional chefs to ‘take over’ the shack to give you an additional option for outside dining.
On Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays at lunchtime and dinner, Hardy Yard Pizza will be running the shack. Fan favourite from Leander’s summer of ‘23, Cam Hardy returns with his New York-style thin and crispy pizzas with modern toppings that are packed with flavour, using 48-hour fermented dough. On Saturdays and Sundays, we will offer gourmet burgers from Friends & Flavours. Former Leander chef Vas, and his business partner Jon, bring their incredible quality burgers to the shack. All day service from 12pm-8.30pm on Saturday, and from 12.30pm-4pm on Sunday. Click here for the burger menu.
