Guest passes
We’ll give you enough guest passes for your guests over and above your daily allocation. For e.g. if you book a table of six, we will give you three passes at the badge tent on arrival, or you are welcome to collect from the office the week before. You will need to bring your metal badge and daily allocation of two guest passes on the day.
Additional guest passes
These are a new offer and can be booked online here. The bearers of these ‘additional’ passes may be required to queue on a ‘1 in, 1 out’ basis during the busiest times only (evenings). You can collect these in advance from the office during the week before regatta, or from the badge tent on the day.
Afternoon Tea tickets
These should be collected from the badge tent on arrival, or from the office the week before.
Boat Tickets
These should be collected from the badge tent on arrival, or from the office the week before.
Badge Packs
You do not need your badge pack to book, because all the information is online. If you have not received your badge pack by Friday 26th April, please contact the office on 01491 575782.
