HRR 2023 in a nutshell

We are receiving lots of Henley Royal Regatta enquiries so here is a brief overview of what you can book, and when!

Your HRR badge packs will arrive in April, containing everything you need to know about what’s on offer at Leander Club and when you can book it. The badge packs contain your metal Member’s badge and two guest badges for each day.

In a nutshell, from Tuesday 27th June to Sunday 2nd July, we will be serving an à la carte breakfast in the Clubhouse, and lunch (in the marquee and Clubhouse), afternoon tea (in the marquee and Clubhouse) and dinner (in the Clubhouse). There is no dinner service on Sunday. 

For those looking for an exclusive experience, we are hosting a brand new Floating Bar which will be moored next to the athlete’s pontoon on the river. You can book ‘all day’ tables with spectacular views and access to the private bar. Breakfast, lunch and afternoon tea are included in the ticket price. Tables are for parties of six people and cost £150 a head. You’re also able to take over the entire pontoon for a private party in the evening.

Tickets

Booking for all meals and the Floating Bar tables will be via our website, which will take you through to an external ticketing site. Bookings will be in two tranches to hopefully enable everyone to get the tickets they want. Tickets go on on sale at 9am on Monday 24th April, with a second batch released at 9am on Monday 8th May.

Guest badges

When you book a meal, you will be given enough guest badges for each of your guests (including your daily allocation, so please remember to bring these). You can collect your extra guest badges on arrival at the Badge Tent. Further guest badges will be available to purchase on the day at the Badge Tent.

Members only

Please note – if you have not paid your subs, you will not receive a badge pack and you will not be able to book tickets. You will be required to give proof of your Membership number at booking.
