Lady Cynthia Hall will be joining us as our guest to talk about her role as Deputy Lieutenant for Oxfordshire. Lady Hall is one of the county’s six deputies appointed last year and she has lived in Henley for over 25 years. Henry the VIII appointed the first Lord- Lieutenants in the 1540s but what role does the Lieutenancy team play in our lives today?
